This community is for the discussion of historical fiction, the way it presents history, and the way that presentation changes over time.
Each month we will have a theme, which will either be a historical period (eg. "Ancient Greece", "Jacobite Rebellion") or a common subject matter (eg. "Gay history" or "Frontiers"). The themes will be announced well in advance, along with some suggested historical novels that match the theme.
Please feel free to discuss past and future themes, as well as the current theme, but tag your posts appropriately so people can find them!
